I'm surprised that Chubb hasn't gotten much action. I'm not. I think the Browns' concern about him mirrors the rest of the teams in the NFL.
At DT, context and meaning are a scarecrow kicking at moving goalposts.

There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

QB Kenny Pickett age 27 from Eagles: 1 year, $2,623,350 fully guaranteed
Retained:
EDGE Myles Garrett age 30: 4 years, $160 million, $122,796,125 guaranteed
OT Jack Conklin age 31: Instead of a 2025 base salary of $14 million, Conklin has agreed to drop that number down to $10 million saving $4M to the cap. Previously having no guarantees, $9M is now fully guaranteed and the revision makes 2025 Conklin's final contract year.

DT Maliek Collins age 30: 2 years, $20 million, $13,000,000 guaranteed at signing
OT Cornelius Lucas age 34: 2 years, $10 million
EDGE Joe Tryon-Shoyinka age 26: 1 year, $4.75 million
LB Devin Bush age 27: 1 year, $3.25 million
Note: Conklin's new deal now makes RT Conklin age 31, LG Bitonio age 34, RG Teller age 31, C Pocic age 30, and TE Njoku age 29 all OL starters that are now playing on the final year of their contracts in 2025.
In addition, OL backups: TE McKitty age 26, TE Whiteheart age 25, LG Cohen age 23 (ERFA), TE Bates age 26 (ERFA), LT Pearl age 26 (ERFA), RT Mbaeteka age 25 (ERFA), LG Latham age 25 (ERFA), and LT Thompson age 25 (ERFA) are all also in the final year of their contracts in 2025.

Now that Sanders went to the Cowboys, I think Chubb is more likely to come back to Browns.
