With our next 2 picks, I would love:
Tre Harris Wr Ole Miss 6'3 210# Physical Wr and deep threat
Cam Scattebo Extremely versatile Plays harder than anyone I have have watched in a long time - love the attitude Judkins/Scattabo = Mack/Byner

I love how all our picks absolutely love just playing football and that they do so with passion and intensity - something we have been missing for decades

I've noticed that too - we put a premium on tough, football guys
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Is it just me or does Boston College, for not being a powerhouse, always seem to churn out NFL talent?

I am hoping for Harold Fannon at 67 You got your guy. Good pick. He had 137 yards receiving and TD in a 35-27 loss to Penn State. He is Bowling Green's only real weapon and Penn State could not stop him. Neither could Texas A&M in Bowling Green's 26-20 loss he had 145 yards receiving and a TD in that game.

Needed a guy who could complement or better the TE room. Chief getting up in age. Solid pick.

If Xavier Watts lasts to 94, I would pick him there. I thought he would be early 3rd round pick.

Thsi draft, especially with regards to QBs, show that the sports media and experts like Kuiper and McShay are just guessing and know very little.
Sanders for a long time was ours at pick 2, then he wouldn't get past Pitt in round 1. Then we were trading back up into round 1 for Sanders, then Millroe. We are now at pick 90 and neither of those are gone, but Dart & even Schough are gone.
Cowherd swore Dart was not a first rounder.

There is a chance Sanders goes undrafted. Backup QBs are drafted in the 4th round and beyond.

Fire Andrew Berry now!!!! Knowing the Browns will be drafting our future franchise QB next year I do not want the GM that selected DTR and Dillon Gabriel to make the QB pick next season. Terrible pick!!!

I would not have gone QB here. I think there was better value.

I admit to feeling slightly underwhelmed by our draft through Rd 3. I would rather have had Simmons and Milroe than Schwesinger and Gabriel. 'Close But No Cigar' is how I would rate it. Let's see what Day 3 brings....

https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft...election-bears-earn-a-for-luther-burden/What they are saying: 33. Browns: Carson Schwesinger, LB, UCLA Grade: A Fun, do-everything linebacker with immense range and big-time tackling reliability. Flashes of coverage instincts and ball skills too. Instincts through the roof. Can get baited by play-action. Really fun pairing with Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah at second level. 36. Browns: Quinshon Judkins, RB, Ohio St. Grade: C+
This is an NFL-ready back with a game reminiscent of former first-round pick Rashaad Penny. Not overly elusive or ridiculous contact balance, but rock-solid across the board. Big-bodied back with juice. Fun talent but not exactly a pick with the long-term view in mind. 67. Browns: Harold Fannin Jr., TE, Bowling Green Grade: A
High-volume receiving sensation who dominated the MAC with tremendous yards-after-the-catch skills. Runs with unusual gait and isn't overly fast after his initial burst off the line of scrimmage. Some suddenness to his game. Strong hands and leaping skill to make snags in traffic. Cherry on top -- he's a young prospect with his best football in front of him. Perfect for rebuilding Browns. 94. Browns: Dillon Gabriel, QB, Oregon Grade: CUndersized, weak-armed, super-experienced QB. Can throw with anticipation to mitigate some of his arm-strength deficiencies and is a deceptive athlete, although he had trouble eluding most rushers in college on a routine basis. Knows where to go with the football but will be limited to mostly underneath passing in the NFL. Good pocket movement. Capped ceiling due to age and athletic deficiencies. Can be adequate backup in time. Browns needed another QB in their room.

94. Browns: Dillon Gabriel, QB, Oregon Grade: C
Undersized, weak-armed, super-experienced QB. Clearly we should have taken the weaker armed, less experienced, less athletic Shedeur Sanders.
I'm not pounding the table saying Gabriel will be great, but this "analysis" feels rather lazy to me. Honestly, it feels like it was written thinking they were drafting Sanders then they changed the name, added super experienced, and tacked a couple sentences towards the end. The only "athletic deficiency" I see is size. I expected a weaker arm looking at the size, but that's not what I saw on tape when I actually watched him play.
