Ohhhh but this is working. It's nothing to do with long term solutions or improving lives in big cities ... it's about playing to his base with a bright shiny light dancing around that they follow. It doesn't matter that the solution is not viable long term. Not viable in other big cities. Or that it is unlawful in other big cities (Judge just ruled Trump's use of military in LA unlawful). It doesn't matter .... he got the base to lap it up. Authauratarian muscle flex and MAGA loved it. That's what this is about.
