Step away from the dumpster this week. Look back on the Season It's Been. Players have said it, stated, re-stated it, snd I am worn out with things need fixing and we gotta do this better/ stop doing this. I am too cynical when I see lousy football, even moreso when I see the same problems repeated. So during this off week, since our Browns like to point to this self-scouting as precious and worthwhile, we should join them. What have you seen that has improved? What can be fixed? Coming off the bye? W hat must success look like?

We have improved on penalties. MG is performing better. We need some new tackles. I would hand the offense off to a different playcaller. Consider what our coaches and front office are looking at. Choices logically to be available are to start doing something or stop doing something, or do something differently. For my .02, same noise from Ski, loss after loss, crappy game and no changes. What might help?

The task at hand is to see if these QBs can be productive. If Gabriel doesn't show growth, they need to put Sanders in. He is either going to be able to handle it or not, but they have got to find out. Also, they WRs need to be sat down and told, either improve your play or you're gone. Rees, needs to call the game in a fashion that doesn't bunch the whole defense up at the LOS. No more running three routes to the same part of the field. Give these young guys a chance to be in a situation where if they beat their man, they don't have somebody three yards away covering another receiver. The offensive scheme they have been running, has been figured out. The oline was young and a lot stronger when this offense worked it's best. When we as fans, can see what the play is going to be from home, imagine how easy it is for a Defensive Coordinator. Get the ball down the middle of the field, Fannin and Njoku should be harassing opposing defenses.
