Wow. Not a big country fan but the name "Vince Gill" is larger than life.

I had NO IDEA he was the singer in Pure Prairie League! Great song.

My wife and I like going to the Opry on a regular basis in Nashville. We saw Darius sign this song. It was great.

This song was played for the first dance after my late husband and I were married. I still tear up every time I listen to it.

The emotional center of gravity of an album that is a one-man confessional. Essentially a son's letter to the father he never had. War took him away and left Roger in a world where his father's death meant less and less. WWII was supposed to insure peace for generations. The promise of eternal peace was a lie.

This is the emotional pinnacle. Sarcasm, rage, ancillary imagery tossed aside. What we're left with is the pure grief and torment that has defined much of his life, so many lives, this particular life: a Royal Air Force tail gunner parachuting to his death after his bomber is hit.

I heard this today scrolling through youtube on the TV. It has over a million views in 8 days, and I can see why. This is Paul Walkers brother, of Fast and Furious.

Powerful song IMO.

Zakk Wylde just dropped a new album and it's off the charts, literally. Debuting at #1 on iTunes amongst some stiff competition.

I think most fans have been waiting eagerly for this track. The images alone are priceless. And damn Zakk, you're right, this goes fast. I remember when you were a snotty-nosed kid and everybody knew you would never match up to your predecessors. Instead, you built the biggest legacy of them all. I'll leave this one at full screen.
