Don Lemon and everyone that illegally trespassed into that church MUST be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They MUST be made an example of. The 1st amendment gives a person a right to protest. It does not give a person a right to protest on someone else's property. No one has a right to protest in my house or anyone else's private property. A church is private property. Also, every person in that church has a 1st amendment right to worship. The perpetrators violated those worshipers' 1st amendment rights. This is a serious act of violence against a religious assembly. No one has a right to go into a church, a synagogue, a mosque, etc... and interrupt the 1st amendment rights of those worshipping freely in this country. Don Lemon and everyone that forcibly broke thru the door of that church needs serious charges brought against them and prosecuted. I also believe that every member of that church should sue every person that stomped on their 1st amendment rights and intimidated women and children.

I know in my church we have ushers that are armed and would have shot the moment this mob broke down the door to protect the women and children in our church. I know that I do not go anywhere unarmed and I would have reacted in force to this terrible act. Once they burst inside every member of that church would have felt threatened and would have been justified to act appropriately to protect themselves and their families.

That was much much larger than protestors and you know it. That was an attack on religious freedom and they violated the 1st amendment rights of those in attendance at the church. You cry and whine for criminals but see this attack against innocent people as OK. Sad!!!

This is a civil rights violation. That makes the case a federal offense. When someone's 1st amendment rights have been violated it is much larger than just trespassing. This is menacing. There were women and children in tears. There should be some serious charges coming out of this attack of religious freedom.

So when women and children cry that makes it a civil rights violation? Was there any reason church service couldn't go on after they left? Di they stop people from worshiping or simply delay it?

So, if someone kicked in the door of your house and screamed at you and your family but committed no physical violence you would not call that a crime? This was an attack on American citizens rights to freely worship. I would be just as angry if this happened to a Muslim in a Mosque or a Jewish person in a synagogue. You whine a cry about foreigners here illegally committing crimes not being treated fairly but will not stand up when actual American citizens get have their rights trampled on. They would be protecting children in their church. Just like school shooters. If someone busts thru your locked door at that time, they are a threat for your safety as these people did on Sunday.
