Trump's frustrations with Noem mounted following her testimony to Senate and House members this week, lawmakers and people familiar with the discussions told NBC News.
I hope she now sees what it looks like when you pledge your loyalty to man who has no concept of what it means to give loyalty in return.
There is no such thing as loyalty in the real world if you want to be successful. Results are all that matter. You can like someone personally but if that person is not getting the results, you expect then they get replaced with someone who hopefully does.
