If I bought the Browns the first thing I would do is clean house in the front office. Yes, Andrew Berry would definitely be fired.

I would then try and get John Schneider from the Seahawks or Howie Roseman from the Eagles. If I couldn't get one of them, then I would try and get one of the up and coming GMs. Ray Agnew (Detroit Lions), Mike Bradway (Kansas City Chiefs), Ian Cunningham (Chicago Bears), or Ed Dodds (Indianapolis Colts) as my GM. I would stay out my GM's way and let him do his job.

I would scrap the plans for a new stadium by the airport and build it downtown where it belongs.

I would emphasize that it's a new culture and era for the Browns and the fans. Of course winning the SB would be the goal. Not just one, but multiple SBs. I want my team to be a dynasty!

I just don't understand how the Haslams can stand owning such an embarrassing organization. It must be just about money. As long as the Browns make them richer they are happy. That seems to be all they really care about.

No executive worth their salt would leave a successful situation to work for this clown show.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Right now, we're still mired in this terrible situation with DW and his awful contract. We've all had it. We're angry, frustrated, disgusted with the whole situation and what could have been if we never made the trade. That post game conference with him yesterday made things even worse. 4 years gone with 1 to go. We all can't wait for him to be out of Cleveland. I really believe things are looking up with the past 2 drafts, new coaches and the young talent we have on the team but with DW still here it's like living with a ball and chain on our ankles. Like another poster said earlier maybe something can be worked out to end this misery sooner.

It is NOT the front office, it is Jimmy Haslam. He is responsible for the Johnny Manziel disaster, The Watson disaster and the current Sh*t show with Sanders. Other REAL football operations dont have these SCARS on their Resumes. They are smart enough to project and avoid potential problems. Jimmy has welcomed these types of scenarios because it makes him $$. He is a MORON as an NFL franchise owner and an embarrassment to a once proud organization. You cant buy respect it has to be earned.

I imagine being Monken at 65 years old or whatever - this is legitimately the only chance to be a HC in the NFL (he knows it, other teams would never hire him, we gave him a pile of dog crap) ... I wonder if he regrets it yet

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

That's a great theory. If that's all true, what is he paying Berry millions of dollars a year to do exactly? Do you think Haslam just saw a watson highlight reel and told Berry "We gotta get that guy!"?

Nobody else was willing to give him a shot. And considering the lack of success of the Browns have had it makes me wonder why they did when nobody else would. I mean there has to be some reason for that, right? It's not as if he hasn't been around the league long enough for everyone to get a good look at him.

When it's the only shot you have it's either turn it down or take the only shot you're going to get.

With Jimmy's short history as an owner and the current state of the Browns, Yes "we gotta get that guy" seems like a very plausible action plan based off his report card. Sorry, what else could I base my thoughts on. We are currently a joke and we are possibly hinging our future on a possibility of an Arch Manning. HMM, I believe we will see another Manning refuse to play for an organization.
