So exciting.

Damn I love post season baseball.

The at bat between Cade and Yandy Diaz was classic.

Great win for the Guardians.

When August began I was tracking the Dodgers. They could not beat teams who were over .500. I started thinking that they were venerable.

The Brewers were the better team plain and simple. I am glad the Dodgers lost. I hate teams that spend three times what all other teams spend on payroll.

You look at their payroll per player and it sucks.

So yes, glad they got swept.

Glad the Dodgers lost. Don't like them and the Red Sox at all. Cardinals fan here. I hope the Guardians win. They haven't won the World Series since 1948. The city of Cleveland deserves a World Series title. A Super Bowl title too!!!

What do we expect tonight? Weather an issue? Can we hold up in a shortened game? The win with the bat launch was superb! I was watching the game while humming "Wild Thing" under my breath after we took the lead. Halfway home. Believeland!

Quite remarkable that the Dodgers with a payroll over $400m got swept.

And here stands the Guardians with payroll under $100m.

This is a big off season. Owners, Players, and the "Cap." What are they going to do?

The bottom needs to come up and the top needs to come down. All the other sports have a cap.

Baseball has been exempt. Not acceptable any more. MLB has a delicate balance to manage. Don't have a work stoppage. The sport is doing ok but it would not recover well from a strike. The viewer has many options to watch. They will turn on gluttons both owners and players.

The players deserve their money but the salary structure for big markets and small markets is way out of wack.

I love the game. But it has bugged me for years how unequal the payrolls are.

I'd love to see a Brewers/Guardians title. Big game tonight

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Boston is far to the left as KC settles into the slot. Fannin is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Sampson are split in the backfield as the ball is hiked ... Here we go."
