They should be color blind. The sooner skin color is ignored the sooner racism about it ends.
That statement is only true so far....we should ignore skin color when making a decision about 2 people and their skills...however...the skin color should NOT be ignored when thinking of the individual person...JMHO ..it shouldn't be the way the person is defined but it sure as hell should be part of the person...that is all i am saying
