Sometimes I think we were seperated at birth. You are 15 days older than me. You used to live close to me. We are both big Browns fans and baseball fans. I just discovered you like Dale Earnhart Jr. as do I. We like modern rock the best out of all musics. Last but not least we both have Playstation 3's. We are both big fans of 24. Oh, yeah we both like Batman too. I think one of us has their birthday wrong by a few days.

I'm not really sure how you think this will help 337 and his project.

May not help 337 but may help me plan my next vacation.

The place called "Cleaveland", named after General Moses Cleaveland, eventually became known as "Cleveland". In 1830, when the first newspaper, the "Cleveland Advertiser," was established, the editor discovered that the head-line was too long for the form, and accordingly left out the letter "a" in the first syllable of "Cleaveland," which spelling was at once adopted by the public.

Actually my one friends' wife is from bogata and has said that she doesn't get the whole to do about shakira. She says you walk down the street and will see 2-3 girls that look like that on every city block. And that they tend to like tall thin guys with fair complexions.

I also understand that almost nobody there speaks much english so start brushing up on your spanish. Correct me if I am wrong Waterdawg.

I have a bunch of absolute Gash's on my body from running into poles and such .. .. Sometimes I just can't take my eyes off them. Been many places in my life time ( Retired Military ); Colombia has them all beat when it comes to lovely Lady's: Shear numbers .. Medellin is even better than Bogota .. More and more people down here are learning English ( it is still the language of Biz ) .. You can get by with some basic Spanish .. Latina's as a whole like Gringo's ; For all are faults we are better that the machisimo Latino's they have to choice from ( hope I don't insult anyone ! )..

Of course I spend 24/7 building my Biz. so my real knowledge is rather limited !

website... http://www.portlandonline.com/

Portland was once the Shanghai capital of the world. Many poor souls lost their freedom to unpaid servitude on the high seas. One moment standing in a saloon the next moment dropped by trap door into the cities labrynth of underground tunnels. From there made prisoner and made to work on merchant ships or be killed.
You can still take tours of the Shanghai tunnels to this day. http://members.tripod.com/cgs-mthood/shanghai_tunnels_FAQ.htm

Almost 8 years removed from Ohio. Haven't regretted a second of it.
I just got back from a bluebird day of skiing on Hood. Gorgeous sunny skies. It was 60 today in the valley, forcast for 58 tomorrow.

That is a goal of mine to be completed as soon as I can. I want to ski Hood in June or July. I love that area so much because of the extreme diversity of the area. East you have the desert, west you have the coast, north you have the temperate rain forest area and south you have the beautiful hills and valleys of the most beautiful area anywhere. Plus you have the Columbia River Gorge area with some of the most exquisite scenery.

It was unreal being on Mt. Hood in June, then on the beach at the end of the week. Truly incredible area.

I'm planing on skiing on my birthday in early June this year. I did it a couple of years back. Not the best conditions but a fun summer day anyway. Look me up when you get thinking of coming to the area. I might be up for skiing. Although with summer Steelhead fishing, my priorities change about that time of year.

Well, ya know the steelhead would work well into my plans for the month I will be in that area. I am going to be changing professions soon ( ). My first book (coffee table) is going to be on the PacNorWest and specifically the Columbia River Gorge area.

Muhahaha!

Thanks a ton guys, I am thrilled at all the response I am getting. It's gonna make a bunch of work for me and that makes my presentation that much better! It's also cool to learn a little about where you guys are from. living in OH my whole life I have seen cities I have no clue where they are, and counties I never heard of lol. In that case I click on your link and then learn something new, which is the whole point of the presentation I have to do. Plus the people out of the state and country even show how far reaching the fan base is. We need more international representation and I will pick one city outside the USA to talk about. This is more about demographics versus the actual people so sorry no bio's If your reading this as a guest or lurker and your not from the US, but love the Browns, then register damn it and post in this thread

Anyways, it's not due for a while but I have decided to start next week so I don't rush. I just spent the past 2 1/2 hours taking an American Lit test so I am burned out and wanna play Madden. I had 3 big tests this past week and I am beat.

That could be. I mean how can you draw and focus on maps when you eat the tools to create them? I had a problem definitely with crayons and those scented markers. That hard plastic was brutal on the ole digestive tract. But I switched to paste with the stick spreader so I could taper off the colorful crack and it worked.

Whats NORTHCOM? Also, wasn't the old Indians farm team in Colorado Springs back in the day? I swear it was them.
