That was complete horse poo to give a guy a timeout when he clearly did not have possession of the ball. Even on the slow mo replay he had it for about 1/100 of a second.
That and another Boston player (Posey) falls down with the ball and they don't call traveling.

This almost isn't even exciting anymore, not exactly sure who I want to went the Eastern Conference Finals. Well, know I hate both teams so I'm kind of at a loss right now.

J/C Eve but you people have to be kidding me!! Choked?? How the hell did we choke?? We took the best team in the conferece, a team we were given zero chance to beat down to the last minute of game seven in their house. We have nothing to be ashamed of, we gave them all they could handle and then some.If a couple of bounces go our way maybe we would have won.
Good Job Cavs.

I'll enjoy watching the Pistons annihilate this team. It took Paul Pierce having the best game of his career to win by a handful. No way will they get past the Pistons.

Wouldn't call it a choke. The Celts were a better team and the favorite. It's certainly disappointing.

I will hate Boston also just because they come from Boston, man what a waste of the playoffs. Will we ever have a good supporting cast, when will we be legitimate contenders?
It always seems like everyone on our team can never hit a basket, I just don't get it...

It seems more evident we lose more crucial games at the hands of LeBron then we win by the hands of him. If that makes any sense. I know he can't do it all but he lost this for us.
I place this series loss squarely on the hands of LeBron. He played like crap the first half of this series. He takes a 3 point shot when two points would have taken the lead and put us in a position to win instead of having to come back from a two posession game.

The point of no return for me was the way we ran offense with 33 seconds left. Wasted 13 seconds when we were down by three.
Ah, what can you do? Cavs played well this year, and man do I hate Boston. Total front runners.
I want the Cleveland Browns to be my pallbearers so they can let me down for the last time.

I hope Boston wins it all, just for KG. Garnett has been nothing but a class act, being the only good player on a terrible team in Minn and he deserves a title. IMO

Who was it that scored 90% of our points in the first quarter, when the rest of his teammates couldn't buy a bucket?

That timeout call that should've been a jump ball really irked me. There are bad calls, but that was the refs stepping in and determining the outcome.

hell of an effort today
pj brown hit the biggest shot of the series, you have to live with that...
delonte west had a hell of a ballgame, i really like this guy, i think he's definitely a part of our future
like i said before, the only difference between these 2 teams was homecourt advantage...
if this game were played on a neutral court, there is no doubt in my mind we would win by 15.
good luck to the celtics

If anything is to blame it was the poor first half. LeBron's the only reason we were close. He had hit a couple huge 3's before that miss that brought us back within range. Some people have a short memory..sheesh.

Just curious, what makes Pierce trash?
He just may be the most underrated star in the entire NBA. He's never gotten the credit he's deserved when, like LeBron, he's carried bad teams into the playoffs and he took a BAD team to the ECF in 02.

Personally, I hope Detroit exposes Boston for the fraud that they clearly are. Had LeBron had ANYONE step up, they would have won the damn game going away. 1 other player in double figures? We need another scorer so badly it's not even funny. As much as I hate Detroit, I'd love to see them dismantle the Celtics.
KG comes up small again in a big game and gets bailed out by Pierce. Guy doesn't deserve to win a championship, no help (class act) or not. He's one of the most least clutch stars I've ever seen. If they didn't allow him to push in the back on every damn rebound, he would have been a complete non factor.

pierce has quite a past that could label him as trash...
spitting at the cavs bench a few years ago...
flashing gang signs in a playoff game?
he's no saint...
but on the other side, he's been all business in this series, so i give him credit
i don't know about "underrated" though, he's been part of the "big 3" all year, you aren't underrated in anything if you're part of a supposed "big 3"

You guys seem to forget that Ray Allen has been a non-factor as well. The teams 3rd leading scorer averaged only 10 points a game and many of those were free throws or lay-ups. If Ray would have played the way he is capable, Cleveland would have been blown-out in this series, and the same goes for Pierce with the exception of this game.

Right. We all knew going into these playoffs that this team wasn't great. The frustrating part is it was there for the taking. I'm disappointed but at the same time it was expected. Shoot, a lot of people thought we wouldn't beat Washington, and we went teo to toe against what some folks consider the best team in the NBA.
Hopefully our needs are finally addressed and were that much better next season.

Nobody said he isnt a great player, he can be a real hole sometimes but I have to say he was pretty gracious in his interview after the game.
Good luck to the Celts.

I don't care if he scored every point for us if he can't use his head and make the right descisions when it matters most.
You can't deny that that shot was a stupid descision. Being down by three completely changes the game plan as opposed to being up by 1. If he would have passed it or taken it in for a high percentage shot theres probably about a 90% chance we win that game.

Lebron is awesome and hardly the reason the Cavs lost the series. Hell he carried the team ALONE today. Boston was the better team and that's why they were favored. I'm as bummed as anybody but Boston went 66-16 this season and it doesn't surprise me that they beat the Cavs.....
