The rumor I've heard is that they have made deals throughout the NFL to piece and part all the players on the offense except for KWII, JJ and Hank Fraley for various extra draft picks, get LT and Peyton Manning. His phone has buzzed three times since the PC started with coaches that want to come to the Browns with he and Romeo at the helm. He thinks (hopes) they have faith in them.
He also thinks Braylon will have renewed enthusiasm next season with a fresh start of coaches.

BE...on running his mouth...the players are frustrated so they spoke out. He wants more professionalism from the players.
The players don't know who the old players are that they are being compared to. (Brown, Groza, Sipe, etc.) They are trying to educate them.
The big thing is trying to change the mindset of the team.
