a. bandwagon fans join the fun only when a team is doing good, and i'm sure the browns aren't getting any fans that way. look at all the browns backer's groups around: that hardly qualifies as bandwagon fans. the bengals i would have to say do have almost as loyal of a fan base for those who were rooting during the bad times, but i see a lot of people that have become fans all of a sudden
b. a decade is 10 years, but lets take age for example, i was born in 1979 so my life has spanned 4 decades, even though i am not even 30. its all about timeframe. the key word is spanning
c. actually the browns have one of the richest histories in football. if it weren't for art modell it would still be that way. remember that paul brown founded both teams. and the browns have more actual championships, maybe not superbowls, but championships. plus the kardiak kids, and the great teams of the late 80's
d. what really have the bengals won. and keep in mind the browns have had the same number of winning seasons as the bengals dating back to 1990, cinci's last winning season, and the browns weren't even in existence for 3 of those years.
