My buddy got into Canada without even a drivers license before. This was Pre-9/11 though. Coming back they let us right thru. if she rents a car and has a license, why the hell hasn't she crossed in Buffalo yet? Unless she is in some kind of database they check they prob won't give her a hassle at all,,especially if she is alone. How the hell has she been stuck there for a year?? Wow!
