Og, I'm all for good, open debate... But this is getting real silly... Are you seriously saying you would have no idea where to find these stats???
Here... I'll lay it out for you...

At the top of the screen in front of you is an "address bar". In this box, type "www.nfl.com" and click "Enter" (on your keypad). Be warned, things get a little crazy here... The screen changes colors and the website operated by the NFL is loaded.
Near the top of this page, there is a menu from where you can search for all kinds of great information on the NFL. And amazingly, this includes players stats. And there are all different kinds of ways to search for these stats... You can search by player name (for example, you'll want to type in "Derek Anderson" - NOTE: He is NOT listed in the Hall of Fame section of the site - I'm sure this is just an oversight on the NFL's part...) You can also search by team, or look at the stats ranked by position.
To help you out, here's a
Link to list of all NFL QB's ranked by there 2008 regular season QB rating. NOTE: DA is at the very bottom - you'll have to scroll a bit to find him...

The preface of this 8 page argument is ludicrous. First, we can't afford 2 top 5 picks... the cap hit would be incredible, not only this year, but if you consider the big cap numbers we have to deal with in the next couple years for the other free agents and high draft picks.
DA was given two opportunities to claim the starting role - the second half of last season and the first half of this year. Both times he proved that he needed perfect conditions - great weather, great performances by all of his teammates in order to succeed. A little wind, some rain, some dropped balls or a pick and DA just crumbled.
Maybe in Arizona where you get to play poor defensed and in perfect conditions for more than half your season. Not in Cleveland...
