Actually the racing starts this weekend with the Rolex 24.
I notice that Shep isn't on this thread...and I haven't seen him around in a while.
Is he ok?

As long as it's not a 24hr banquet you should be able to see a lot of racing.  The factory vettes won't be there but there will be some vettes for me to root for. The factory vettes will defend their Americal LeMans series titles. There was talk that they wouldn't return because of all of the restrictions put on them because they won so many races. Nah! I'll just miss from about 5-10pm, and my hubby will be dvr'ing as much as he can find on tv. Ferrari's are nice, but give me a big, old, ground pounding Vette anyday!

I'd play in Hooper's league too if he has one. But you have a point about people dropping out.
But ya know,that seems to happen in about every fantasy sport I play in. Once people get so far behind,they just aren't interested anymore. Seems to happen in about everything.

I'm not doing it but will join a serious league. I think we had like 5 serious players out of 20 some.
The racing season is to long for most fans. After football starts no one pays attention.to fantasy.
The NFL pick'ems at least start with 50 with around 10 quitters yearly.

Well,if King wants to start one in the next week or so,that would be fine with me. If not,I'll start one on Stock car Challenge. (NASCAR.com). I love the salary cap format. So King!!!!!! Let me know. I know what you mean about a "serious league" Hooper. But everybody "says" they're serious when you start it up. You never really know for sure untill later in the season if they're really "serious" or not. But I'm sure I want in one. So King? Holler back!
