lead down to 4... we have had a zillion chances to get it to double digits and just can't extend the lead...

that's a bad omen cause you know philly has a run in them since they are at home...

the thing that scares me is we have won quite a few in a row over philly, and they are due to come out on top. hopefully we can hang on.

Gee, I wonder why?

What's the alternative?

A locker room full of idiots run by the head idiot himself, Mike Brown.

Has nothing to do with the Reds. This was the Blue Jackets fault . Usually when the Reds play they will show the Reds on the regular Fox Sports Ohio channel and move the Cavs over to an alternate channel which normally advertises pay per view events and such.

Well tonight they had the Blue Jackets on that alternate channel. Even when the guide said the Cavs we're supposed to be on it. I'm not sure where the sudden love for the Blue Jackets comes from. Nobody cares about them down here, nobody wants to watch them.

LeBron James vs. hockey it doesn't take a genius to figure out who is going to attract more viewers.

Time Warner sucks but then again so does Direct TV because they black out all the Cavs games down here unless you fork out the dollars for NBA league pass.

thats not exactly the case. 1 or 2 years ago, TW columbus, tottaly flaked out and did not have the game on in columbus. I had to go to a bar to see the 2nd half.

I'm not sure about Time Warner, but I have Insight, and tonight, Fox Sports showed the Blue Jackets, which I'm used to, it's been that way for a while. What I wasn't used to, is the Reds being on the "other" station. For some reason, that station is CSPAN2. Needless to say, I was very

KG out tomorrow...

WALTHAM, Mass. (AP)—Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers says Kevin Garnett is likely to return only for the final regular season game against the Washington Wizards.

Rivers says Saturday before practice that he won’t let Garnett play in back-to-back games after missing 20 out of 24 games with a strained right knee.

The Celtics star hasn’t played since March 25.

The Celtics play the East-leading Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday in a matchup of the top two teams in the conference.

i love the fact that ben wallace has taken the high road and embraced the backup guy. i LOVE him and joe coming off the bench as our bigs....

i think they're ready. the whole damn town should be ready.

Oh We're ready bro...Believe me...

We MUST get to the Finals...I can't make it to any Conference stuff but I will be at Games 1-2 and 6-7 of the Finals...This place is gonna be ROCKIN' like Municipal Stadium in 1987...

WITNESS this folks...History is being made in Cleveland...And the partyin's happenin' right here ON OUR COURT!!!!!!!...I can't wait to see and hear Austin Carr's reaction to winning it all at the Q...

Garnett...When he went out for the 2nd time it sure as hell looked to me like he won't be right the rest of the year...He needs SURGERY on that knee...I think he's gonna be USELESS in the playoffs and I really don't think he'll even make it to the Conference Finals...

Bron & Kobe...The NBA couldn't ask for a better match-up...

About the Cavaliers' home winning streak ...

The Plain Dealer

Dirk Nowitzki experiences the crazed support of fans at Quicken Loans Arena during a March 29 romp by the Cavaliers. It's that enthusiasm that has helped the Cavs build a home dominance unmatched in the NBA this season.

1. The Cavs enter Sunday's game with Boston with 38 home victories. Every team that has won at least 38 home games eventually reached the NBA Finals. Five of the nine won NBA titles.

2. It's no surprise the Cavs' 38-1 home record is the best in team history. But it is a bit of shock that the next five best records belong to former coaches Lenny Wilkens and Mike Fratello in the pre-LeBron James Era. The previous best was 37-4 in 1988-89, the dreaded "shot" season when Chicago's Michael Jordan eliminated the Cavs at the Richfield Coliseum in Game 5 of the first round of the playoffs.

3. In two other 35-6 home seasons, Wilkens led the Cavs to the 1992 Eastern Conference Finals (losing to Jordan) and the 1993 second round (losing to Jordan).

4. The two previous best records with James were 31-10 in 2005-06 (lost in second round) and 2006-07, when they were swept by San Antonio in the NBA Finals.

5. As for home court in the playoffs, heading into this season the home team has won 81 percent of the Game 7s. The Cavs have been in four Game 7s. The first was in 1976, the victory over Washington at Richfield in the Miracle Year. Next was 1992, when they beat Boston in Richfield in Larry Bird's final game. The others were in 2006, when they lost in Detroit, and the 2008 loss in Boston.

6. The Cavs have been winning home games by an average of 14.3 points, which is huge because it means they can rest James and other starters. James averages 36.3 minutes at home, 39.3 on the road. Overall, his 37.8 average is the lowest of his six-year career. It ranks 16th in the NBA. In the previous three seasons, James was third, third and second in minutes played, always over 40 per game.

7. Fewer minutes and bigger wins at home should mean the Cavs veterans will be more rested for the playoffs. Yes, there is the danger of overconfidence. This team has won 39 games by at least 10 points -- compared to only 10 last season. It's 34-0 when leading after three quarters at home, 52-2 overall. That means the Cavs finish off opponents quickly, the sign of a mature, focused team.

8. The Q is an intimidating arena for most visiting teams. The fans seem ready to blow off the roof, the Cavs having sold out 36 of 39 games. Sunday will make it 37 sellouts -- 29 in a row.

9. The home court in the playoffs may not mean everything, but it's close. Consider that Boston won the title despite being 3-9 on the road. That's what 13-1 at home will do. Or that the Cavs were 6-1 at home, but only 1-5 away and knocked out in Game 7 at Boston.

10. Bottom line: In the Eastern Conference last season, playoff teams were 29-6 at home, 9-22 on the road. The Cavs have home court in the East, and are two wins away from beating out the Lakers for the entire playoffs. It's indeed an advantage, a tremendous one.

if there is a point where the cavs could clinch the whole thing, i will no doubt be in cleveland, i will take whatever days needed off for work.

i said that in '07, and we didn't win a game, so hopefully this time around things are different.

i don't expect to get into a game or anything, but i just wanna be downtown when it happens. that goes for the tribe too.

Yeah, I am so pumped for this playoff run...

My Dad has a mini plan, so he was able to buy a "playoff pack," thus he's got tickets for every home game throughout...

I work in a small office, so the whole staff knows that I would never be caught dead in Mpls when a Cleveland team or OSU wins a title....
