Well Browns fans it has been fun, but I will be taking a leave of absence and will be back before the season starts to laugh at all your predictions. Just for fun here are my predictions on the Browns summer. Mid July- Training camp starts and surprisingly everyone shows aside from the unsigned draft picks. On the second play of practice, Braylon drops a short slant pass from Brady Quinn and is ordered to run laps but refuses. Edwards and Mangini continue arguing until Braylon takes his jersey and throws it at Mangini. The entire event is caught on camera and is laughed at by the entire media. Braylon is traded to the New York Jets the next day for a third round pick and Thomas Jones. A few short days later Mangini notices Shaun Rogers loafing on the practice field and orders him to run a mile. Used to Crennel's easy training camps, Rogers refuses and continues to argue until throwing a punch at Mangini. Rogers is traded the next day to the Oakland Raiders for a 4th round pick and some player clown fans have never heard of. The Browns also release Hank Fraley before training camp starts even though Alex Mack has yet to be signed. Mack holds out till the end of August and "ManKok" as everyone likes to call them, have to scramble to find an adequate Center off of someones practice squad. The preseason rolls on and fans find out that neither Brady or Derek are the answer and Mangini chooses Brett Ratlif as starting QB for the first regular season game. Sadly, I can see this playing out while the Bengals are building chemistry and gaining national exposure on HBO. I'll be back when the season starts. Good Luck Clown fans, you'll need it!

Well, where else do you expect them to get national exposure? Santonio Holmes already took the idea of national "exposure" via cell phone.

Wow, I asked him in another thread to make sure to stick around at the end of the season if the Bungles end up doing bad, and he's already leaving!

I think you're selling short just how much of an impact he's had on our lives.
I mean, how often do you get to interact with a person like him? Usually, we just drive right past him on the exit ramp, never stopping to give him some change or ask if he truly will do "anything" for food.
I think he's taught us all a valuable lesson. Go outside, smell the flowers, enjoy the sunshine, because sooner or later, we all become 784 lb. shut-ins who have no concept of history, sports, or the touch of the opposite sex.
I think he did us all a favor, Shep, and you should count your blessings.

I once saw a guy with one of those signs and he came right up to my window.
I asked him if he would clean out my garage for a onion.....he declined.

I swear,...sometimes I think the Bengal fans in here are actually Browns fans in disguise that are just trying to make all Bengal fans look stupid. I've never seen posters who can stand themselves up just to knock themselves down without assist from anyone.

Oh you poor misguided Cleveland Clown fan, your "so called" championships won in the leather helmet days before the merger mean nothing to anyone except you & besides you can't use those anyway in comparing yourselves to the Bengals because they weren't ariund then. You can only compare to Bengals since 1967 & you got absolutely NOTHING since then. I must remind you that the Bengals were in TWO Super Bowls since then & have won 2 AFC trophies to boot, all compared to your ZERO, Plus on October 4, 2009 the Bengals will have beaten you for the seventh time in the last nine meetings. Trust me The Cleveland Clowns blow worse than the Bengals in all ways, You Blow OK?
