"Does he even PLAY RT ?"

ummmm...only for 13 years lol Eagles RT for all these years. Never thought too much of him as a pass blocker - but he's awesome in the run game!

The biggest surprise is McIntosh, an eight-year starter who was due to make $2.2 million this year. He started 16 games last year at right tackle for the Chiefs, and he has been a regular starter at left and right tackle since 2001 for the Chargers and Dolphins, too.

Well...do we make the move or stick with what we have?

I think we stick with what we got. I think all of the guys are as good or equal to what we have on the O-Line. Unless we can get Langston Walker to play right tackle.

Also, the guys currently on our O-Line have been together all off-season, training camp, and preseason. They probably have the cohesiveness needed for a successful O-Line. No need screwing that up with someone who is only as good as the guys currently on the team.

Linebacker Marcus Benard, offensive lineman Corey Hilliard and defensive lineman Keith Grennan were signed to the Cleveland Browns' practice squad, the team announced today.

Benard and Hilliard were cut on Sunday.

Plus, the Browns released defensive back Brandon Anderson was released from the practice squad.

Grennan spent last season with the San Diego Chargers on their practice squad and was waived by the Chargers on September 5, 2009. Greenan played at Eastern Washington University and earned All-Big Sky honorable mention status as a senior.

Problem is...I don't think M/K will make a move on an oft injured Backup right now. And if he beats out St. Clair...no continuity as he would be injured.

I think that is why those guys are available. Sign them...lose a roster spot for a player who will contribute...and then lose that player...then Pwang...IR. I think that is the main factor. All I know is I read that 3 teams are talking to Runyon and he turned down an offer from another (hope that was Buffalo and not us )

JMHO...still I liked Hilliard and I'm going on the Assumption the PT is a bit better...why waived by RAMS??? I don't know maybe cause Jason Smith is the #1 back up OT on their depth chart. The other Eric Young - an 08 Browns UDFA is a swing player...backing up OGs as well as OT. So PT an 09 UDFA was probably going on their Practice Squad if he cleared waivers.
