No probably not plural picks. I just meant we have lots of holes to fill and we should trade him for anything in the top 4/5 rounds.

take it for what you want to toad, your going too read whatever you want anyway.

While true, I did give you the opportunity to deny what I was reading into it.

I can show you stats that say Cade Mcnown and Rick Mirer had those stats during their first 7 starts as well.

That's my point.

So I'd rather deal with factors and examples that hit a little closer to the truth.

You can read whatever you like into that one, too.

***Gordon, I really didn't think you could be this stOOpid, but you exceeded my expectations. Wussy.

funny stat shown in the game today, in Flacco's first 5 games his td/int numbers were 1/7. Unfortunatly for us Flacco has the benifit of a good line, running game and great defense.

The difference is that Flacco at least threw the football. I would be very happy to leave Quinn back there even if he was throwing a lot of picks if he would be willing to try and make plays. The line gave him a lot of time to throw on most plays and there were some receivers open for DA so I assume they were open when Quinn was in the game as well.

Anyone ever watch Top Gun? Quinn is Maverick after the flat spin. Kid has talent but is afraid to engage. He can make throws. He is more accurate than DA. He is just too damn scared to throw the ball. He deserves to be benched simply because he refuses to do what he is told to. If he was throwing the ball like DA did today I would pull him for the rest of the year. I would give him the chance to make those mistakes and learn from them.

^^This. I think you summed up how most people who really thought Quinn was going to be an upgrade feel about his performance right now. And I don't know if you meant to do this, but you didn't once mention WR, OL, or playcalling ... as it should have been. Those crutches were being used way too much the first two weeks and even to some extent right now ... but people are starting to realize they are just that ... crutches.

I do think you meant to use "wouldn't" instead of "would" in your last sentence though. I would be thrilled if Quinn was chucking it all over the field right now ... even if it resulted in picks ... at least he would be playing the game.

He has been a huge disappointment.

LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

"Quinn is Maverick after the flat spin"

If I remember right... Maverick did OK in the end.

I remember it well. it's my hope Quinn will right himself as well. No way he is as bad as we are seeing.

Yeah, but the problem is that we have to sit through him singing "You've lost that loving feeling" long before he ever gets better.

Browns is the Browns

... there goes Joe Thomas, the best there ever was in this game.
