Unfortunately I see this happening. But he did nothing for us, and in many ways might be a distraction this off-season if he was signed to the team. He wouldn't intend to be, but I imagine it could be a big media issue.
Also, someone with Stallworth might simply not be the kind of guy that Mangini would want to show the team by rewarding. This doesn't mean that stallworth is a jerk or a team cancer, just not what he wants to support
