just as a point of emphasis: the team that stole it was the Bengals.
even though there is some murkiness about the NFL chant itself (still seems more likely to orginate in NO), the 'Who Dat' was taken from the vaudeville acts pre-dating the Bengal chant by more than a century. And Southern University and NO public schools used the chant 20 years before the Bengals did.

It always amazes me when a fan of a team that has been in existance ONLY since 1968 can try to talk the smack he talks. 2, oops now 3 winning seasons in almost 20 years of their 42 year of being a team. They have how many Lombardi's since 1968 when they were created??? Wow, that trophy case looks great with all those Lombardi trophies......wait, those are just pictures so ya'll can see what it would look like to have a championship trophy in that case. Yes, Cleveland has never won a superbowl, but yanno, we've been around one helluva lot longer than the Bengals. We have championships that most want to exclude but for some reason the PRO FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME seems to think that those records prior to the first Superbowl are just as good as the records after the first Superbowl. So methgirl, get your freakin facts correct and quit being such a narrow minded can't think for yourself misbegotten excuse for a Football Fan. Learn the history before you go spouting off garbage that will make you look like ya got crap on yer bib.
