so much so that he replaced Drew Bledsoe with Tom Brady and the season went to a championship. it's all about how good that backup is when you replace the over-the-hill veteran. (yes, I know because of an injury to Drew, but the point is the same and he didn't re-insert Drew).

and it's funny to compare the proven, elder Kosar who had proven to be a success in the NFL, to the still yet unproven Quinn. I won't say he won't/can't be successful in Denver, but he did not exhibit great attributes here and is at best unproven.
