If England scores more than 2 goals more than the US in their respective games....England advances. If England scores exactly 2 goals more than the US in their respective games...it goes to a FIFA draw process....Otherwise the US advances.
If either the US or England loses....that team will not advance...period.
Algeria can only advance with a win vs the US and an England loss or tie.
