I don't.

It was painful, but it will help us when the draft rolls around.

How about Parker finding the 3 point stroke?

Energy and playing a really physical game too.

Think they're showing other teams how to beat the Heat right here?

I wish JJ would play like this more consistently. He has shown he can physically dominate.

Yeah .... but he's a whole lot closer to being that dominating player than he was at the beginning of the year.

Next year he might just dominate from the start to finish.

I don't like the fact that the Cavaliers have changed to "run down and try a 3 ......" without much ball movement.

I lose alotta espect for Boobie during the 3-point contest, I swear he was more concerned with making sure he got his new haircut on TV then actually competeing...

I REALLY hope we can keep all these young core guys, Eyenga, Gee, Sessions etc...

We're almost certainly going to lose 1 or 2 of them.

I would rather keep them over Gibson at this point though.

Wow ..... they give the Heat a 3 ..... and take a poiint away from the Cavaliers. These officials suck .... no matter whether those were the right calls or not.

I really can't remember Hollins playing this physically in ... well .... really ever. He's usually 100% finesse.

We should be in good shape at Center if we grab a guy in the draft who can play Center, keep Hollins, get Erden back healthy, and add another big body.

That's just insane.

Scary thing is we might be better off without James than we would have been if we had kept him. I know that's almost impossible to believe ..... but this team now has so many assets, and so many options .... and so many draft picks ....... whew.

Chris Grant has done one hell of a job so far recovering from absolute disaster.

Classy guy. I would be shocked if he's here next year ... but he's a class guy.

i thought i read a quote from him a month or two ago that said he wanted to be here when this thing was turned around, exact words.

but i don't blame the guy if he went elsewhere. he can be quite valuable to a team ready to win. i thought chicago was going to make a run at him, he actually fits their needs, as they have a glaring hole in their 2 guard position.

he's a class guy though. i know he has driven us nuts at times, but the guy can play. if he did stay i think it'd be nice.

Just saw this ......

All I have to say is that a guy who abandons his team in a manner that shows that he has no honor shouldn't get any honors.

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/truehoop/miamiheat/news/story?id=6271350

LeBron James would enjoy honor

LEVELAND -- LeBron James doesn't know what to expect but he'd be "grateful" if the Cleveland Cavaliers retired his No. 23 jersey someday.

James is the franchise leader in total points, minutes and steals and is second all-time in assists. He has said in the past he envisioned his jersey in the rafters at Quicken Loans Arena. But with relations with his former team icy, James said he wasn't sure if it would happen.

"That's something I don't know and something I can't control," James said. "Anytime you get a jersey retired anywhere it is a tribute. I have my jersey in my high school and when that happened it was unbelievable. If that happens here, I'll be grateful."

James' Heat teammate, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, is the Cavs' all-time leader in games played and is also a candidate to have his jersey retired in Cleveland someday.

Brian Windhorst covers the NBA for ESPN.com.

I think there's a couple of them that would like to see it get turned around. They saw what happened behind the scenes, and how bad james screwed the team.

here's my take on lebron getting his jersey retired in cleveland.

Why?

Seriously, take an objective view towards it. Getting your # retired is not just about what kind of stats you had. By stats alone, Lebron should easily be up in the rafters of the Q.

but with the way he handled free agency. Dragging the Cavs around for 2 months, going on Larry King and saying Cleveland was in the lead, and then not having the jewels to call Dan Gilbert himself and tell him he wasn't coming back, ON TOP of the entire fiasco of the decision? that's not a guy who deserves to go into Cavs lore.

had lebron done the right thing, we'd still be mad and bitter, but there is no question lbj would have ended up in the rafters after time healed those wounds.

but he doesn't deserve it now. and he never will. unless he apologized, came back, and won a title. fat chance of all 3 of those happening in succession.

sorry bron, i forgive ya, but you don't deserve to go up there. go up in miami's rafters. oh wait, nobody down there gives a damn.

Wow ... could you see him coming back to Cleveland (or trying to) as the prodigal son? Stranger things have happened and it's not like other times wouldn't want him (or that the Cavs would) ... but while I don't think he would actually come back to Cleveland... assuming that things don't turn out in miami the way that they wanted it ... I could see him going to another team within a few seasons ...
