Back on the NFL side, man I can't believe the Steelers won *coughcheatedcough* the Superbowl over the Seahawks. But let me tell you this, if we could get Mike Holmgren to come run this franchise we would be instant contenders. None of this rebuilding 5yr plan stuff.

I don't need a financial advisor. I just bought a ton of property in California, Arizona and Florida. I'm leveraged out to my gills, but these areas have been giving back 300% returns year-to-year!!!!
