Yeah, when a guy says that he has an "intriguing" offer, that either means an elite QB .... or a direct competitor of your former employer. I don't know that there are a lot of teams with elite QBs and job openings at OC ........ so I would think that a next level job, in direct competition, would be very appealing. It would be rather interesting in that I cannot remember a coordinator going directly from one AFCN team to another, and then directly to yet another.

I think he's just "not expected to be retained" ... and I think the reason being cited was differences with Flacco.
It's still up in the air as of now ... but who knows!?
