no guarantee that group wins, but it would be more fun to watch because of that. i'd rather see that group try than the NBA players IMO

No doubt about it. Rooting for a roster consisting of Melo, Wade and LeBron is impossible.

Kind of funny how Miami D is. Great athletes, great at swarming you, but if you stay calm, don't cough it up and move the ball, you can get great looks.

Sacramento isn't fooling around with their tanking. I don't think they win another game. We've got to step our game up. Recall Harangody if we have to.

Can we pay a Cavs employee to put Ex-Lax in all their gatorades?

The only thing worse than this lineup (aside from the Bobcats) would be this lineup dancing around the floor pinching their cheeks.

Rough night tonight for the Cavaliers. I was tracking the game online, and they were up by something like 10 points ....... and they wound up losing by 19.

I see Hudson only had 19 minutes tonight ....... while Walton had 24 and Harris had 27. Did Scott keep him on the bench just in case?

We've really got to be careful. Sacramento is tanking hard and the only have 6 games left, five against playoff opponents. Only charlotte looks beatable.

We've got two games left against the wizards, and nine total games in which to screw up and win. The fourth spot is going to the wire.

They beat up on the mascot also.

Fri, Apr 13

F David West is sending Cleveland mascot Moondog a jersey and pair of sneakers after he accidentally injured the mascot's eye when the two were playing around prior to Wednesday's game at Quicken Loans Arena. "I feel bad dude got hurt," West said. "I thought I was just hitting the costume. Then they told me after the game that he got hurt. I felt bad because I seriously didn't know our playing around would cause him to get hurt."

That was from the previous game between the 2 teams ...... but yeah, it was rather pathetic.

We've been pretty good in that regard lately. Send Dan Gilbert's son up there again.

LOL I thought that they brought back Harangody because Erden is hurt. Then they sit Jamison ....... and Samuels barely sees the floor ......... I'm confused.

Old Luke looks pretty damn good tonight though. It's against the Wizards, but still, he's at 16 points and 7 boards.

I feel sorry for John Wall. The Wizards are absolute trash. If it wasn't for the Bobcats I would label the Wizards one of the worst teams of all time.

So .... I was reading an opinion that a team like Portland, who has a pair of lottery picks, might be interested in Andy. Would you move him for a lottery pick? I think that I would at this point. I am just worried that this team is going to be a couple of years away, even under ideal conditions, and I think that this is a prime time to move him if we can get value. I have no idea if Portland would be interested or not though ..... because I pay almost zero attention to them. I do know that they waived like 3 Centers in the last month or so ..... so a guy like Andy might be a good fit for them.

They're so depleted in the front court that they're starting Hickson, although he's made quite a resurgence there.

I'd hate to see Andy go but it would be a no brainer to move him for a lottery pick in this draft. We would have to do it.

Bobcats need to just quit life. They get beat by double digits at home against Boston without Ray, Pierce or KG.

During the Heat-Knicks game,

Breen, "Wade didn't play in their last game because of a sore ankle."

Van Gundy, "No, he didn't play because it was against the Bobcats."

Sacramento won, Cavs are 3 back from New Orleans. Unfortunately I only see two winnable games in the bobcats and warriors.

Blatant (though unsuccessful) tanking in full effect here. Just check out the reaction of the Kings bench after Thornton's game-winning shot...brutal...cut in around the 45 second mark

I'm hoping that was a "I can't believe we're ganna win!" Palm face instead of a "I can't believe we're ganna win..." one...

...Wait...

Am I the only one that pronounces hyperbole "Hyper-bowl" instead of "hy-per-bo-le"?

Because they want to play for a winning team.. maybe they were upset that he scored too quick.

Yeah, but I mean down 1, you don't wait for the clock to expire. Plus he got a great look at it.

I'm sure there is a good reason for it other than tanking but wow it looks horrible. Especially for the NBA which already has people wondering.

That's hysterical ... I love the announcer saying, "And the guys on the bench love what they saw" ... while one player walks forward with no emotion, one just stands there with his hands on his hips, one throws his arms up half in the air like he's going to grab the sides of his head then turns awa, one puts one arm up, but also puts one hand on his head while smiling sheepishly as if he was thinking, "well that was cool ... yet that doesn't help us" ... and one just out-right facepalms.
