Seems like he would be better off in a 4-3. But the Packers know what they are doing.

We could be picking between LaVonte David, Sanu, and Randle in the 3rd round. My Lord what a steal any of those three would be.
you had a good run Hank.

I'm expecting a couple WRs to go off the board in the next 8-10 picks.... hopefully only 1 or 2 leave the board.

Another interesting guy who could have been in play if we hadn't signed Rucker would be Vinny Curry. However we probably don't go there with the signing of Rucker and Parker.

Yep....David is the guy I want, because IMO he is a day 1 starter who makes an immediate impact on D.......don't sleep on a DB

David in the 3rd might be OK.
I think that we could grab a guy like McNutt at WR maybe even in the 4th, and then start going pure best available.

I could care less if they draft a WR (would love a speedy slot guy if possible later though). In rounds 3 and 4 get the guys who have a chance to contribute immediately, and everything else BPA. I don't think your getting anything close to an impact WR at this point, but you could get impact players at a lot of other positions.
WRs take time to develop and if we are going with 2 first rounders who have 5-7 good years in them than I want guys who help us win now not 3 years from now.

I'd target Philly for a trade into the 2nd to get Randle.

Interesting.

Osweiler is an average pick, waste of a 2nd rounder.
And you'd think this will be David, right?
you had a good run Hank.

Could be.
Man, Curry is still out there and I think that he'll be a nice DE for someone in a 4-3.

I still won't be shocked if we go DB here. If they think one of these guys can be a starter next year they just about have to grab them.......regardless of position. That could be a WR/LB/DB

Wow ..... the Eagles sure do have a ton of DL talent.
They need help elsewhere ..... but they have a ton of DL.

I was a bit surprised... but with Manning they need a future QB... guess they liked the big guy...

To fill that right side was a need move... no one can be mad at that!!.. Due to that move at 22, we had to do that.
I like Schwartz and I hope he becomes a 10 year veteran for the Browns but this whole draft is one that is based on need and nothing about BPA.....which is very disappointing for someone that prescribes to that line of thought.
To me, the Browns brass is going all in on this draft because they know they won't last much longer going 4-12 so might as well try overswinging and hoping they make contact for homeruns instead of a consistent level swing that may produce a double here, home there, and a few singles.
hope it works!!

I'm feeling pretty good about some WR prospects dropping to us... though I agree with your earlier post that it could be LB.
