The guy's a moron, but let's be real. Pot will be legal at some point. How people can maintain that it should be illegal while propping up and regulating alcohol is beyond me. You don't get into bar fights or beat your wife after smoking a joint...

However, the simple fact is that pot is still illegal in this country, and Coca Cola is legal ........ except in New York where somehow the 2 have been transposed.

Eh, you can argue that it's virtually legal in many states (under medicinal marijuana laws) where you just have to step through red tape like a soft medical "need" for it and ponying up the few hundreds of dollars for your license. And it's not like Coca Cola is illegal because of the quantity regulation, either. Yeah, it's douchey and unnecessary but I wouldn't be shocked if Coke, stadium vendors, and others were- on some level, at least- very okay about the idea of consumers having to pony up and buy two separate 16 oz. cokes for whatever the price is as opposed to one 24 or 32 oz for slightly more.

It's stupid and an over-extending arm of government micromanagement. One of the biggest crocks of BS in this is that it wouldn't target the same serving sizes of coffees or diet sodas (which, given the aspartame content, is possibly worse, is it not?), which are still both caffeinated and high in sugars. Where's the uniform standard being applied?

When have political considerations ever been fair?
