Convert him to a 3rd down RB or end his time on offense IMO.

I'd rather have him captain the special teams units and bring their play up to greatness.

The guy is an UDFA and a shining example of what these guys can become and the money they can make if they assert themselves to the fullest on special teams.

I'm tired of watching him languish as an ineffective wideout.

I think that Cribbs can be effective on certain routes, and I truly believe that all of the receivers will be better this year with better QB play.
