My condolences to you Cleveland Clowns at the loss of your hero & dear leader Art Modell. It has been proclaimed that Cleveland will enter a week of mourning & flags will fly at half staff for a Month.

I would just like to congratulate Medwoman on figuring out the PM feature. Today, all by herself, she answered a PM I sent her on November 27, 2007.
I am unfamiliar with this feeling of optimism

Seems like someone used their flux capacitor to get back to the glory days of Chad Johnson and Carson Palmer.

I think your and my definitions of "glory" are somewhat different...

The sad part is in this is that, when Mike Brown Dies Cleveland fans are going to be remorse and Bun-gals fans happy because its like reverse therapy. They will lose an owner that will not stifle the team and gain one that might not draft convicts and actually win back to back seasons.. i hope Mike Brown Lives forever!!!!

Old Art must have been feeling pretty good about his decision to give Cleveland the finger & move to Baltimore. As soon as he moves, Bang! Baltimore wins the Super Bowl & to think if he had stayed, maybe Cleveland would not still be the ONLY team in the NFL to have never played in or hosted a Super Bowl.

Wow...hosting Super Bowl smack...interesting...
Think about Art Modell this way. He fired Paul Brown, who out of spite created the Browns illegitimate brother, the Bungles. Then Mike Brown takes over from Paul.
So Art Modell essentially gave you Mike Brown.
Yup, you should really be a big fan of Art.

Well at least we knew why he wasn't in here running his horrible, predictable smack after the game yesterday...
They, and Andy Dalton are picking up right where they left off in Houston back in January, wiping up all the poo they left all over the field. Yikes.

Pretty sure you exceeded his attention span. I think you got out lucky, Meddy. Hope you get to come up to the Pound on the Pond. Bring your mommy. Smack aside, speaking ill of the dead is low class. Didn't like the move; not sad he's gone, but I won't reach this low like you seem to need.

Loved Sam Wyche.
Remember his quote as people were throwing all kinds of debris on the field...
"The next person you see that throws something, point em out! You don’t live in Cleveland, you live in this racist backwoods hell hole kentucky suburb!"
Or something to that effect. I'm paraphrasing.

Yep you got it right, we'll maybe 20% of it was right but nice try though.LOL What Sam said as the fans were throwing "snowballs" on to the field was "Stop throwing stuff on to the field, you're not in Cleveland like those low class "mistake on the lake" Cleveland Clowns" or something to that effect. P.S. - Throwing beer bottles & radio batteries on to the field is something unique to Cleveland, nobody else has had a "Bottlegate".

No body else has been as royally screwed in an NFL game (Yeah, even after what just happened on MNF) than the Browns were, which lead to "bottlegate"

Well I know it hasn't happened in Cincy. You'd actually have to have fans in the seats first for them to throw something....

And at least Cleveland has legit local breweries to throw their own bottles other than from Kroger.
