It wasn't my idea to blow up Iraq in the first place and hire these contractors to re-build the place.
Even according to your own logic, we could have given HUGE tax incentives here to create what..... three times as many jobs here for FAR less money?
I'm all for giving businesses tax creidts and tax breaks. But not to take that money and invest it overseas.
But good luck getting any carpenter worth having, work with armed gaurds and IUD's all over the place working for 40k a year.

Considering union carpenters make well over 40k per year and don't work in a war zone, there wasn't a logial question proposed to answer.
