I look at our laws for prostitution and our laws for abortion and just shake my head... a woman evidently is supposed to have total control over what comes out of her vagina.. but not what goes in it..... makes no sense to me.
The law is consistent as it's about selling for profit what goes in or out and neither is legal, in most states anyway.

I said what I said and I'm sticking to it, but I should probably let you all know that I'm not a fan of prostitution. But again, it's not my business what two people do. However, if it's being done to create an revenue, then I think it should be subject to tax..
Just like schools shootings.. you can take the guns away, but they'll find another way to do harm... you won't stop prostitution by keeping it illegal. won't make a damn bit of difference. Someone is going to sell sex, and someone is going to buy sex.. It's just that simple.
