Hey did you guys know Peyton Manning is wearing gloves?
I didn't know if anyone had heard about it yet...

So do I choose against one hated team or the other...Hmmm...
I play golf sometimes with this Ahole who is a die-hard Donk. Been listening to him all year.
As sacrilegious as it may sound, I'm rooting against the Donks. Screw old Horseface and screw the guy I sometimes play golf with.
Yeah, the defender got there a smidgeon before the pass, but the ball was late on Manning's part.

DB sticks his leg out and trips a WR. No flag.
They aren't even hiding it.

This is depressing. Living near Denver and hearing all the excitement all week. Hearing how loud the stadium is, it's depressing wondering if there will ever be a Browns game to be this excited about again.
I'm with Toad, I hate both teams. I don't care who wins this week as long as the other loses next week.
It's supposed to be hard! If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard... is what makes it great!

CBS is so fixated with Lewis they are replaying plays in which he crashes into his own teammate and falls to the ground.

Today I am a Donks fan. Hope they launch Ray's new career by putting him to rest for good. This mancrush on him makes me gag. Manning is freaking incredible. Go, Donks!

Why you pi Bailey on the deep threat I don't know.
Put him on Boldin and have a CB and S double Smith deep.
All Bmore has so far is deep plays.

Torrey Smith is starting to become a elite WR in the NFL. wow he just gets better and better. Funny how genius Heckert traded up for a 2nd string RB in Hardesty and didn't have the better sense to trade up and grab Torrey Smith. Greg Little-Torrey Smith no comparison.

Smith is strictly a deep threat. You can't even compare him to Little.
He's a guy that'll have 180 yards and TDs one game and 1 catch for 3 yards the next.
Far from a "Elite" WR.

The announcers said something along the lines of: there was no penalty on Denver because Decker was on the sideline and not the field for the play. WTF??? How does that make sense? I don't like the excessive celebration flags but if this is the rule that is just stupid.
I would really like both teams to lose. If Denver loses, I wonder how much talk there will be that Manning couldn't get the Broncos any further into the post=season this year than Tebow did last year.

We have a punt returner/kick returner who is just as dynamic in Travis Benjamin. Shurmur almost refused to use him. Not sure why. I can understand keeping Cribbs returning kick offs but Benjamin is a much better punt returner.

Can the Donks run a play without a penalty?
I swear that they've had 5 penalties already in the 2nd half.

Maybe the idea of "best of" officiating crews is a bad idea.
Why not keep the best overall crews together?

My pet peeve NFL rule is the cushion a punt returner gets. The guy has the option of a fair catch to protect himself. If he doesn't call for it he should be fair game.

I always liked him. Became a leader on the team, and was a decent all-around player. I never understood why we got rid of him.
Kinda like when we got rid of Brian Russell. Why didn't we re-sign that guy? We didn't really make an effort to from what I remember. How freakin stupid.

Raheem Moore. Is he that guy out of UCLA that a bunch of us wanted to play FS? LOL. Big mistake (I watched the play and said, "Please let that not be Mike Adams")
--------------- Two TO's and they don't try to make a play to get toward FG position in Mile High?

Is there a call that has gone against the Ravens all damn day long?
Unreal that they called that a catch on review. Unbelievable. The damn ball was laying on the ground.

I am rooting against the Donks, but it feels like most of the questionable calls have gone against them in this game.

That was a clear catch ..... so the replay guy will probably say that it wasn't.
These officials have been in the bag for the Rats all day long ...... why change now?

Man, Ngata just flat out BLEW UP the A and B gaps that time.
Uhhh...so if I don't want either team to actually win, can I root for a tie and send them both home for the playoffs?

This has gone from a good game to a great game to an epic game...
Sooner or later...one of the Rats is going to try and jump one of these short routes and either get an INT or give up the big one...

Actually, I was thinking that the winner of that game would be at a serious disadvantage due to the amount of energy expended from being in the lack of oxygen, the cold, the wind, and time it took to play the regular time, and the extra time it took for overtime.
I expect the Rats to get blown out next week.

Just paused my DV-R to make sure I got this right.
I just saw John Harbaugh KISS Ray Rice. lol. He had his arm around him during the field goal, kick is good, and Harbaugh kisses him on the cheek! Quite the relationship they have, lol.
The Ray Lewis Ray Rice (Ray-Squared) embrace was impressive too.
Wish our team could have moments like that.........

Game never should of been in overtime.
Worst pass defense ever to end the game.

I would guess that for most of us this game offered both no win and no lose scenarios. One of those two teams had to win, that sucks, but one of those teams had to lose, that's awesome.
As to which is which, that's up to the individual I suppose. I favored the other outcome myself.

Was pulling for the Broncos. Big fan of Manning. Think its a shame he doesn't have more than one.
Several disgusting moments in this game:
1. Denver D at end of regulation. They've really got no one to blame but themselves.
2. ART patches on Balt unis. Does that pissant team and fanbase not even remotely recognize that jackass stole the team from Cleveland for them....you know....the same thing that happened to Balt many moons ago?
3. The murderer acting like they just won the Super Bowl.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

So glad that's friggin over!! I HATE that I cheered for the Rats.... so excited that the Texans have a chance to get the AFC champ game at home if they can pull off the upset... but damn I hate cheering for the Rats.... thankfully it was against the Donks so that made it a little easier... but I feel like I need to go take a shower and wash my mouth out with soap.

It will take more then soap to wash off the stain of cheering for the rats I dont care who they are playing unless it helps the Browns.

I just had one of those moments that I realised I hate the Rats worse then Pittsburgh. I know its strange but with the Steelers I can respect them but Balt I just hate to the core of my bones while seeing that ART patch. Im steamed like Ive never been before about a team losing not named the Browns.

only way I can do it is if helps my Browns or Texans... so if Texans win (big if) I'll be working at the AFC champ game and hopefully get to watch Ray Ray's last NFL game...

Only watched the end of regulation and then OT. What in God's name was that Denver DB doing at the end of regulation? Shameful.
And when Denver got the ball in OT, I thought to myself "Manning will throw an INT."
He's the reason they were even there.
And I don't want the Ravens to win, but I really don't "hate" them as much as I do the Steelers and Bengals. Probably because I don't have any interaction with Ravens fans.
I can see Baltimore making the SB.
I am unfamiliar with this feeling of optimism

All this "Flacco is Elite" talk is funny.
Apparently all you have to do to be Elite is chuck it deep 3 times and hope your WRs make great plays or the defense plays like a moron...

But...But....they won so it must be true.
Edit and you can add a check by QB because even Weeden can do that.

He also missed Smith on at least two more long TD throws... guy did play well... but his defense and the Broncos defensive meltdowns had more to do with that win.

I've always said Flacco was overrated. But, c'mon, he was 18-34, 331 yds, 3 tds. That's a pretty good game. Especially when you consider the altitude and game time temperature.
Dude's not Johnny Unitas but he ain't Brady Quinn either.

I did have to laugh... my first thought when the Donks went to OT was "Tebow would win this in the first 30 seconds"
Some John Elway traded the beloved Tebow... to bring in high priced Manning... to lose in 2nd round playoff game... again...

Jack Del Rio sure did his part to help out Flacco. The fact they assigned Bailey to Smith over Boldin in the first place was IMO STOOPID. Almost as stupid as the bengals guarding Johnson with pacman.

Except one of those completions/TDs and 70 of those yards should have been an INT, or at the very least an incomplete pass (the trebuchet volley that was actually completed when Rahim Moore had a bug fly into his eye or something.)

yep Jacoby Jones couldn't have helped the Browns this year. Corey Graham played big time on a big stage. Ever since LaDarius Webb went down,Graham has been rock solid. Graham and Jones are proof you can help create a winning team through FA. I'm glad a new regime is in that is actually going be pro active in free agency and not just sit on their hands.

Completely agree...The Ravens finally became a winning team after bringing in Jones and Graham. Didn't realize that a team that has made the playoffs 9 times since 2000 wasn't already a winning season

Where do you get this idea from ?
The philosophy in Philly was to groom your own through the draft. Much as we have been doing. Dont expect big name signings from Banner. Its not his philosophy and he is our great and powerful Oz.
Jeff Laurie explained that the Eagles deviating from that philosophy the last few years was his idea to try and make a playoff push before Vick crumpled.

no it goes to show that the Ravens addressed some issues on their team just didn't sit on their hands and be content with being a playoff team. They added pieces to helped them get to the next level. Heckert's and Holmgren didn't make winning a plan for 2012. for them to reach 7-9 would be like reaching the playoffs for other teams.
