My pet peeve NFL rule is the cushion a punt returner gets. The guy has the option of a fair catch to protect himself. If he doesn't call for it he should be fair game.

Kinda like when we got rid of Brian Russell. Why didn't we re-sign that guy? We didn't really make an effort to from what I remember. How freakin stupid.
