Well, think about it for a second, I own a 13 lb Bichon.. basically a little white fur ball with eyes. If I had an accident and he was sitting on my lap and the air bag deployed, he'd be dead and I might as well.
So there is some value to that rule.
When you buy a 13 lb bichon you accept that there are certain risks you are going to be taking. I'm surprised you have airbags on your harley in the first place. Living life on the wild side isn't for everyone
