Ohio State now has 3 wins over top 5 teams this year.
Top Kentucky should be in if they finish okay.

I said this before, that was like our game at Sparty last year. Hopefully this game ignited a fire. I LOVED the intensity and defense.

I didn't see the fire I saw tonight in those other games. Desaun Thomas on defense was the best he'd played all season. Craft was awesome on point and probably had his best game of the year. The intensity was incredible - before tonight the team seemed to be going through the motions. Hope the intensity keeps up.

Did you guys see that Indiana cut down the nets last night after LOSING to Ohio State, to celebrate their SHARE of a Big Ten title?
My God, what a pathetic bunch.

I may be wrong, but I think that is standard procedure.

They have all their B1G titles on a banner except 1983. It has its own.

If I was a school, then I would separate Big10 title banners per coach.

Conference titles mean nothing. There's no way there should be seperate banners for them.
Even seperate per coach would be ridiculous.
You can't consider yourself and elite school, while hanging individual banners for meaningless accomplishments such as a conference title.

cmon. the kids who earned those titles deserve to be recognized. are you saying Duke doesn't recognize their ACC titles somewhere in Cameron Indoor?
I agree that you should put multiple titles on a banner. And that is why you separate it by coach. If you are truly an elite school, there shouldn't be many banners and a ton of numbers on them.

I'm pretty sure Duke recognizes every win somewhere inside Cameron Indoor.

Duke has a banner for each NCAA Championship, each NCAA Final Four, each ACC Championship and retired jerseys. In the ACC, there is no such a thing as a regular season title, the regular season is only for determining the seeding for the tournament.

1 banner with ALL regular season conference championships 1 banner with ALL conference tournament championships Final Four banners National Championship banners That's how it should be, IMO. But we're getting off topic, Indiana cut down the freaking nets.

Indiana reminds me of the OSU team that got upset by Kentucky.
If you can beat them up they will crumble.

I would LOVE for OSU to have this bracket http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/bracketologyWe can beat Gonzaga and Florida. Best part is we would be as far the hell away from Kansas as possible.

StL and Syracuse would be the teams I'd worry about in that bracket. Btw, I think Boeheim is petitioning to make that draw official for the Orange.

Deshaun Thomas is a 2-3 zone destroyer. We killed them in rebounding last year. They aren't nearly as good as last year.

my point was that Cuse can walk to the Elite-8 before playing a team they'd have to worry about. at that point, it's going to be a tough game no matter what bracket they get.

That would be a great bracket for the Buckeyes, and the Cuse was suppose to be better than us last year too ...

Big game today.
Lunardi (who is a clown, by the way) says Kentucky needs to either beat Florida or win the SEC tournament to get in.
I disagree.
I said before the Georgia game that two more wins gets us in. Even with a loss today, I think making the SEC Championship Game still gets us in.
A win today would be HUGE though.

Kentucky constantly gets the worst of the worst of officials. We always get Shows (who despises Caliapri) - Fun fact, Doug Shows has called 8 technical fouls in the past 3 years. 5 of them have been on Kentucky players or coaches. Or we get guys who are just all around bad refs, guys like Tony Greene and Teddy TV Valentine. EDIT : Just for the record, the only one I REALLY have a problem with is Shows. He's the only one that's flat out lopsided. Valentine and Greene are just all around TERRIBLE.

Having to go to OT to beat South Florida = But all the commentators keep acting like Cincinnati is in with this win today and I disagree. If I'm on the committee I just can't give them a bid with the way they've played since February began. Maybe a win over Providence does it or at least gives them a chance, but the only way to assure the bid is a win over Georgetown also which wont happen.

Sam Thompson hitting jumpers is HUGE for this team. Him and Lenzelle are both slashers, but if they can space the floor out that's huge.
Our small ball lineup works really well.

Our small ball lineup of DT, Sam, Lenzelle, Scott and Craft has really opened our offense and we get 4/5 of our best defenders on the court. It's not something we should do a lot, but it's a nice wrinkle. Kind of wish we saved it for the tourney to catch teams off guard. Indiana had zero clue what to do against it.
