Just saw it - gotta feel for the kid - very emotional reaction from his teammates

I would have reacted the same way. Seeing my teammate, my brother, go through something like that, would make me throw up. That kids life might be changed forever. You just hope he can walk again.

I am glad that I missed the game.

I still haven't watched the Theismann replay. I just don't want to have my stomach doing that dance it did the first time around. I'll skip this one too.

I hope that the kid recovers.

I don't see anybody beating Louisville at this point. Add their teammate Ware as additional motivation (as if they needed any more motivation than getting to the Final Four). They've pretty much annihilated everybody they've faced (particularly in the second half). I think Louisville is going to have to play their worst game to lose to any of the three teams left in the tournament. Anything can happen, but this is Louisville's Final Four to lose IMO.

I agree that Louisville is the team to beat right now.

But Michigan and Syracuse are playing good basketball.

Something that impresses me about Louisville, I don't see NBA talent but they still look this good. Siva and Smith are not NBA guys. Gordi might be.

It'll be interesting to see how they handle Michigan if that's the Championship Game.

Michigan has very good guard play, and there could be a lot of 3's on the backside of that press.

I think Michigan matches up very well with Louisville.

By the way, can we just start next season immediately starting this one?

G - Andrew Harrison
G - Aaron Harrison
F- James Young
F - Julius Randle
C - Willie Cauley-Stein

Dakari Johnson, Kyle Wiltjer, Marcus Lee off the bench.

Still the possibility of adding Andrew Wiggins and/or Aaron Gordon (who will announce tomorrow at 12:15)

Ugh, November is a long way away

You'll be fine. Breath in, breath out, breath in, remember last seasons title, breath out...repeat.

It would be funny for Kentucky to be the first team to ever do this:

Win the title
Miss the tourney
Win the title

This would be the first time the filling inside the cookie being the worst part.

Well, 2011-2012 clearly represents the best a Calipari-assembled team can do. 2012-13 is probably the floor given the talent he's able bring in on a regular basis. If he could ever get a team to stick around for more than the minimum, imagine how good UK could be?

WCS is making a huge mistake. I've seen him projected as a top 10 pick for this weak draft. He's costing himself millions if he thinks next year will be better for him.

Deshaun Thomas needs to declare too.

I'm pulling for Wichita, but I think a Louisville/Michigan matchup would be a lot of fun to watch.

I don't give out too much credit to Michigan, but I really really like their coach and the way he handles his team. He's not a fat slob, who's overrated as a coach, that calls his rival by the wrong name because he thinks it's cute (despite the school's recent 1-8 against them recently)

Burke is worth the watch too.

I want Michigan to lose for 3 reasons:

1. They are Michigan.
2. GRIII keeps making it harder to believe he'll last until our pick at #15 (if the Lakers make the playoffs).
3. They are Michigan.

I just hope Andrew fills his frame out. The kid is gonna be special. He's the total package. Reminds me of Pippen.

It could be an Oden and Durant situation with Wiggins and Parker in the 2014 draft.

You're absolutely right. Parker could become an elite player himself.

Beilen calls OSU Ohio a lot too.

Also, I've noticed quite a few people get annoyed or upset at Hoke for calling OSU Ohio yet think it is great whenever anyone from OSU calls Michigan That School Up North. What's the difference?

Right. I don't call OSU Ohio either. I don't think either is offensive or anything, just minor jabs that add to the rivalry a touch.

i thought the only people who got upset at Hoke for calling the Buckeye's "Ohio" were the Bobcat fans

I don't see the point of getting offended over stupid stuff like that.

Calipari calls Louisville "OTIS" (Other School In State)

Just little jabs to keep the hate flowing in the rivalry

Now Alex Poythress is coming back .... If this happens...

G - Andrew Harrison
G - Aaron Harrison
G - Dominique Hawkins
F - Andrew Wiggins
F - Julius Randle
F - Alex Poythress
F - Marcus Lee
F - Kyle WIltjer
C - Dakari Johnson
C - Willie Cauley-Stein

Calipari will have the team that COULD accomplish his goal of an undefeated season.

I think I'm gonna bet the Final Four today.

Wichita State +9.5

Michigan -2.5
