Pretty sure Tebow will be the Super Bowl MVP right around the time the South is rising again.

So TJ Yates = Tebow ?

The logical place is Jacksonville, The Jags did not draft a QB, and it's Tebows hometown.

The new Jaguars owner has already said that he doesn't want Tebow.

Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.

Tebow's probably not fast enough for his idea of offense, but he certainly knows the read-option stuff well.

His 40 time was faster than Barkleys...

sad, but probably a lot of truth in that. Tebow would probably put 15,000 more a game in the seats.

Well, that might be reason enough to pick him up. Then there wouldn't or might not be a need to move.

Having said that, I NEVER understood Jacksonville getting an NFL Franchise in the first place. Made absolutely no sense to me at all..

The really really sad thing is Tebow as much as I don't think he is starting material, he would be better than any stiff we have had to this point since the return.

Congratulations to our 2016 NBA Champion CLEVELAND CAVALIERS!!! Greatest comeback in sports history... Hail to the King!

Tebow has better wheels than Frye, but Frye throws a better ball.

I'm hesitant to post this because I really don't like piling on, but he also has a CFL job waiting for him.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/04/29/cfl-gm-says-tebow-would-compete-to-be-a-backup/

Quote:

Now it’s starting to get ugly.

The general manager of the Montreal Alouettes, the team which holds the rights to Tim Tebow North of the border, said he’d welcome the former Jets backup.

To be their backup.

Alouettes general manager Jim Popp said Tebow would be the backup behind Anthony Calvillo, while he learns the Canadian game.

“If he wants to come to Canada he would be in the same situation as the one he was in with New York,” Popp said, via Dave Naylor of TSN.ca. “He can come here and compete to be the backup to Anthony Calvillo and learn the game, just like Jeff Garcia did [behind Doug Flutie]. And one day he might be the guy; that’s our vision. He can learn from the best.”

That said, Popp hasn’t contacted Tebow’s agent, and assumes he’s going to try every avenue in the NFL before he even considers coming to the CFL.

“If [Tebow] wants to come to Canada he will reach out to us,” said Popp. “And if he wants to come to Canada we would take a look at him.”

The way today’s going, it may be worth a look, as no one in the NFL is really rushing to his aid.

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — The Omaha Beef have a job waiting for Tim Tebow if he wants it - and the Nebraska indoor football team will even pay him $75 a game.

A day after Tebow was cut by the New York Jets, the Beef called the office of Tebow agent Jimmy Sexton to offer a standard player contract. Beef assistant general manager Andrew Mather said Tuesday that he doesn't expect to hear back, but he thought it was worth asking.

The Beef's current quarterback, James McNear, has led the team to a 5-1 start. He's completing 70 percent of his passes and has thrown for 21 touchdowns against just two interceptions.

McNear is anything but insulted by the Beef's wooing of Tebow. McNear said, ``I think Tim can learn a lot from me.''

Tim Tebow
Offered New QB Gig ...
At 'Lingerie' League

Here's hoping Tim Tebow has developed a taste for women's undergarments ... because TMZ has learned, the teamless QB has just been offered a new job with the "Lingerie" Football League.

The LFL -- now known as Legends Football League -- sent Tebow's agent a letter moments ago, offering the former Jets QB a swanky new coaching position ... after the Jets fired his ass this morning.

LFL President Mitchell Mortaza writes, "Now that it appears Mr. Tim Tebow's career in the National Football League may be coming to an end, we at Legends Football League would like to extend him an offer to become our Quarterbacks Coach nationally."

The letter doesn't explain Tim's duties or how much he'd be getting paid ... but it's better than nothing.

Mark Sanchez was going to throw Tebow a going away party, but it got intercepted! ( I know it's week, but I'm tired today!)

Too bad Tebow isn't gay. If he were, he'd be getting a phone call from the whitehouse supporting him, and texts and tweets from all kinds of "pro" athletes supporting him.

I have never understood the apparent hatred for Tebow. All he's ever done is win.

People dont hate tebow, they hate what he stands for. Good Christian boy who aint afraid to talk about God.

he does throw an ugly ball but he seems to make those clutch plays that keep a team going and keeps on winning even when they shouldn't.

Funny thing is he would probably do very well in norvs vertical system of deep passes since it only his shorter passes that lack touch aka DA.

I have nothing against Tebow.

As a football player he is a gamer, that gets by with a less than ideal skill set. But he is not a great quarterback.

I think the backlash about his faith works both ways, he did do that super bowl commercial with a right to life reference, so I put him in the class with all the others that promote faith in that manner.

If I am an owner, there is just too much baggage to deal with in a team setting. But, I could see some other owner wanting the media attention that it would bring.

In the end, I think he could be more productive for a team as a TE.

I guess I don't get all the hubbub over his faith.. anyway,, I still maintain that put into the right system and used to his strengths, he's a valuable weapon. Say what you will, but when he plays, he wins. take that for what it's worth..

Isn't it the opposite? People love Tebow because he is a good christian boy who isn't afraid to talk about god.

I like to see him play, the faith part I think its foolish, but its up to him. Some players like to trash talk, others are flamboyant personalities, others talk a lot about the god faith. IMHO most of it its just an act they put, like in wrestling.

I'd say that a LOT of the personalities that are shown in public in the NFL are a lot like wrestling... just an act.

I am pretty sure...Calvillo is like the Payton Manning of the CFL. Pretty sure he was a QB of subject to save us... heck I think it could have been as far back as 2004??? as we did bring him here for a Looksie.

Yeah I too think because of his outward praise of religion is frowned upon by a major portion of the media where the mere mention of Jesus Christ is enough to get bombarded in today's media.

JMHO - note he's still one of the ugliest QBs...2011 on Indy...no way the get Luck, he just wins too many games
