I'm remembering 10^90 - not as a particularly scientific number - there's a difference between atoms and particles though (there are many neutrinos per proton for instance) - so I would think 10^90 is reasonable.
Also - from your calculation it is 1e-10^10^90 - which is 1 / 10^100 (because it is 1e-10 not 1/10) -- so it is exactly on the border.
