In whatever QB form "good" comes in, I'll take it.

At DT, context and meaning are a scarecrow kicking at moving goalposts.

He is another that is making a claim to a first round grade. I think he has gotten better every week. He has great feet, to me that is his #1 asset. Not his ability to run but he moves and sets his feet probably better and quicker than anyone in the draft. It is why his accuracy is so high. He has an incredibly quick release thanks to his feet being set so quickly and that allows him the ability to use those pump fakes that he likes.

He has a pretty good arm but not a great arm. He is more of a touch passer than a throwing it into tight spots, allowing his receivers to run under it.

With this kid it is all about his feet. You dont see him miss throws when he sets his feet, when he moves around and doesnt set his feet, he sucks.

Good size, pretty good arm, quick release, pocket mobility, accuracy, has great footwork most of the time.

Negatives, not much experience, weak schedule, can get sloppy with his footwork at time. He has gotten away with some inexperienced decision making due to defenders not catching the ball but he is learning and improving.

He is borderline first as in first round discussions right now. Hey its a buyers market on QBs this year and teams are going to be drafting more for system specific than we are used to seeing. the next couple weeks we will really start seeing the first 2 rounds being shuffled.

What position on our team RIGHT NOW looks to be our biggest weakness?

Let's eliminate QB from that discussion at the moment...even if we included QB, I'm not sure it's our biggest weakness today - now that Weeden is off the field.

I used to think it was G...but we've been pass blocking very well and have had some recent, minimal success running the ball on the few times we actually tried that. We get back Pinky soon and have 37 OL on our roster right now...so...who knows.

I could go with WR, but as long as we have Gordon I think this position is safe from the prize as biggest weakness...although we need someone to step up across from Gordon like a hobo needs a sandwich.

Some thought CB would be the winner...and they may be correct in that Owens gets targeted like a Bud Light in my refrigerator. But Haden and Skrine keep this position from being a glaring weakness.

What we are left with is the ILBs. The position that I think is the biggest weakness on the team right now - at least the position not called QB.

Our starters are not good and I'm not sure who are the backups.

In the spirit of this thread, I suspected that ILB would soon be a problem on our team...I had no idea it could be as big a problem as has been exposed since the Lions game.

We could certainly use a "better" one, but we have a couple of guys who could stick. Obi for sure...Fozzy for maybe...Lewis to return. We aren't desperate at RB and won't likely pursue a high draft pick or FA to fill the hole.

The RB position might contribute to our inability to go win/close-out a game...but it won't be the reason we lose a game. I can't say that about our ILB play.
