Is this game rigged or something? The officiating has been so incredibly lopsided that it's not even funny.

Have always believed it should be a full time job.

They said earlier the head ref did two NCAA Basketball games recently!

Unbelievable play!!!!

9ers didn't get a 40-second play clock after Kap's run, leading to delay of game.

Just blew another call!

Ugly injury! Made me cringe! Hope that one isn't career threatening. ..

I think some credit should be given to these defenses, but yeah, neither QB has played well outside of WIlson's throw on 4th, and Kap's running in the first half.

Agree.
With zero chance of Manning running this Seahawks D could tip the scales in New York. IF they finish....

Way to win with dignity, Sherman. What an arsehole.

Not a great call there but man today's players are dumber than rocks! Zero control over emotions! At this level your head and it's decisions need to be smarter!

I loved it. I wish our players had half of his attitude. I felt bad for Erin Andrews though. Good God her face was priceless just now as Sherman was talking.

Couldn't agree more. I wish our team had half or even one quarter the attitude Sherman showed. Dude showed up huge at the most crucial moment. Attitude like this is so sorely lacking from the Browns it's pathetic.

Teams like SF and Seattle look like 1st world countries playing the game, while the Browns look like Ethiopia. Damn do we have a ways to go…..and it starts with an attitude.

Umm...no. There's a difference between playing with an attitude and being a complete jackass.

No need to feel sorry for me bud. Living a pretty good life. I know winners when I see them. If you feel the need to pity folks, I suggest channeling that emotion into a worthwhile cause, such as a charitable effort. Don't waste your feelings on me.

Sherman is one of the best in the game today. He also knows that he is one of the best. He can be an ass, but that doesn't take away from his talent.

He is even more ...... verbose ..... than guy like Deion Sanders ...... or Terrell Suggs ...... or Shannon Sharpe ........ but not by much. He is a singular talent. He is a guy who can shut down a side, and pick off passes when the opposing team dares throw at him. His personality is important to his game. I think that he needs to believe, absolutely, that he is the best, in order to be the best.

From reports, Jimmy Graham was trash talking Sherman and others prior to the game last week. He wound up with 1 catch for 8 yards in that game.

Sherman has been in the NFL for 3 years, and already has 20 INT. Think about that for a minute. He's ont of the best cover men in the business, and also picks off passes like crazy.

I'm not a big fan of trash talk, but he is a beast, and I would take him on my team any day,

I have to admit that I would love to have heard any trash talking between Sherman and Boldin.

So, the 2 states that have legalized marijuana have teams in the super bowl. Coincidence?

I'm just saying that I would take him on the Browns in a second.

Hell, Hanford Dixon and Frank Minnifield were notorious trash talkers back in the Dawgs days.

+1

There have been may people in history who come across as "ass-hats", "ass clowns", etc that were the best at what they did. Steve Jobs comes to mind off the top of my head.

The guy was interviewed shortly after making a play to send his team to the Superbowl. I can't even imagine the trash talk that was going on between these teams on the field; to not be caught up in the moment at that point would be hard for anyone.

Give me players who believe they are the best and can back it up and I really don't care what they say. As long as they aren't doing anything illegal, give me that swagger and belief.

It's funny...that's what everybody says, until it's somebody on the Browns that does it.

Browns fan talking about player from a different team who engages in excessive trash talking and general ass-hattery: "Man, I wish our guys played with that fire, that attitude."

Browns fan talking about Browns player who engages in excessive trash talking and general ass-hattery: "Man, this guy makes us look like fools. Shut up and act like you've been there before."

I'd love to have a guy with his talent on our team because, well, I like having talented players on the team. I can do without the stupid sideshow act, but if that's what gets his motor going than more power to him.

Sherman shows how you play football. That's how defense is suppose to be played. How football is suppose to be played. Good for Sherman to be sticking up for what he believes in.

Columbus…I agree. Cockiness and/or arrogance is a necessary trait to being great. You have to be willing to do and say whatever it takes to win. You also have to be willing to aggressively take what you perceive to be rightfully yours. In Sherman's case, he proves it time and again on the field and backs up his talk. Amazing he was a 5th round pick. He's a perfect example of seizing opportunity.
