My only concern with Gordon's is the number 12. What if he chooses to leave the Browns when his contract is up and he can't get the number 12 from his new team? Like he signs with New England. Tom Brady is number 12. He ain't gonna give that up for nothin'. Imagine the jokes in the NE locker room. Fanboy. lol

Well, #12 could be his number like #42 is mine, but that doesn't mean the world stops spinning if he or I were forced to wear #88 while playing a sport. My number would still be my number, I just couldn't wear it for that team.

And the #12 could represent a time in his life that he straightened out. That number reminded him to stay clean and cash in that winning lottery ticket.

I'll just say that if Gordon continues in the discussion with Calvin Johnson, I'll be very happy... the rest are details.

Exactly.

Yeah, they are both size/speed guys but Megatron dominates more with his size, leaping ability, and physicality. Gordon has that fast fast gear. I've said that he kind of reminds me of Terrelle Pryor when he was at OSU. It doesn't look like he's running hard but the DB seems to be getting farther and farther away. Kaepernick is a good NFL comparison.

+ 2

Not a reaason to think otherwise, other than Jordan - he was the only threat of the entire offense and was double teamed constantly... yet still produced with low-level crap QB's. I say upside is very high with Josh, with/without his tat

Maybe that's a sign he's not leaving.

I hope for us and for him that he keeps up the good work and retires here.
