That's hard to say.
Our government has refused to be a part of The World Court. On a global scale, those in the Bush administration may or may not be perceived as having committed war crimes.
I would think if so, it would be to a lesser extent concerning Rice.
But many of the interrogation policies are certainly contrary to the Geneva Convention. In the end, many of our service men and women suffered and died alongside at least tens of thousands of innocent Iraqi civilians based on the reasoning why the former administration asked the U.N. for permission to invade Iraq.
So while the vast majority of Americans do not believe war crimes were committed, on a global scale, I'm not so sure.

I can see your points and i respect your opinion,but on the other hand i dont believe that our interrogation tactics were even close to the sawing heads off of living people, gassing of 1,000,s of people be cause of their bloodlines, [kurds]oppressing an killing chistian , etc. maybe these haters should look at the real criminals before they lie about us americans, oh and wasnt it COLLIN POWELL that got the world and our congress including their preciuos HILLARY , to vote for war,Ill bet they would,ve had open arms for those 2. My point is that these america haters always insult and lie about great patriots with impunity they hold nothing back and should be called out,its just to bad that our press agrees with the idiots

playing the "who did worse" game doesn't work. we follow(suppose to) the geneva convention, regardless if the enemy does or not.

Once again, this is your opinion. And it seems anyone who disagrees with your views are "America haters". Very few of our citizens actually hate America.
They just see things from a different viewpoint than you do. It seems to be a popular thing to do when putting a negative light on anyone who disagrees with your viewpoint. But to me, that's a large part of what's turning people off from even listening to your message.

See, there you go again. You do realize our forefathers were radicals, believed in a total change and were probably perceived by many in much the way you describe? Our forefathers were progressives. Lincoln was a progressive.
And let me ask you, are you proud of everything our nation has done? Would you have been proud of slavery? Genocide of Native Americans?
Our nation has been fundamentally changed many times over the course of our history. sometimes for the good and sometimes for the bad. I'm not proud of some of the things that have happened in our nations past just like I'm not proud of some of the things in our nations present.
One of the most fundamental things our nation is known for is people not being proud of some of our actions and making changes happen. that's how we became a nation in the first place and how we have stopped many injustices in our nation since.
Like I said, your shock value wording and degrading of those who feel differently than yourself only deflates your beliefs. And I really don't disagree with some of the very same things you believe in. It just troubles me when people go to such extremes to hurt that message rather than to substantiate it.
