I just got back into town, so I haven't read any other replies, so I am sure it has been addressed....18k a month is way, way out of line before mortgage...even after.
Two cars for him and his wife....nice cars....$1200 a mo tops. You could add club dues, school loan repayments and what not and still not come to 18k a friggen month.
