Has Charlie even been 100% ruled out as of yet?

Frankly, if he's ready, I prefer to start him. We'll need a scrambler to keep up with the Pitt blitz.

It will tell us just how goofy this entire thread is.
It will put an end to this nonsense.

U people realize that a rookie QB going against the Steelers in a prime time setting has all the earmarks for a B L O W O U T or a extremely close game <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

i don't see a blowout at all. they've lost their #1 and #2 WR's AND polomaulu.
this will be a good game to judge DA though. the blitz will be in his face every snap. if he stays poised, that will be a good sign.

I expect the Steelers to blitz early and often. Hell, maybe on every down in the first half. That should tell us a little about DA's abilities.

Shoot, Charlie's been seeing that for most of the season. And while he still holds the ball too long and sometimes throws a ruptured duck he is progressing, I think. Tonight we'll see if Derek has been paying attention while looking over his clipboard.
