She fell right asleep and didn't remember it in the morning, so I didn't. I don't think I kicked her hard, as she was only 2 1/2 and she didn't cry or even get knocked backwards. I think she was sleepwalking. She thought it was a funny story when I told it to her about 10 years later.

screw you arch... you made me almost tear up.
My 18 year old daughter... captain of her drill team, dancer for 16 years... this year... her last football performance, her last solo at drill team competitions... soon her last outside dance competition... her last Show and retire her hat.
Now I am teary eyed.... damn it,

Keep it together, tld'... LOL - that's hard for me... I am very emotional person. I tear up every time I watch her dance and I am such a hard ass too so all my friends get a good laugh, my son too, the punk  Which leads me back on to the thread... go to every recital, contest game you can ... in 16 years I missed two routines for her and one baseball game for my son. I know dads that hardly ever come and watch there daughter dance.." I saw that routine before" they said... now they will never see it again. Yeah dance competitions are a beat down but why would you let such an opportunity go by?
