So we take a third nose tackle.... Time to cut Phil Taylor. We are hip deep at the NT position. Time to dump one. Taylor was gone at the end of the season either way.

YES!!!!! Man I didn't think we would go BPA and not need, but we did. Well done.
I'm with ddubia no 1st round WRs.....quality players in rounds 2/3 for that.

I am OK with this pick. I thought that we might go WR ..... but what do I know?  What happens if we go pass rusher at 19?

We can get a WR either at 19 or in the 2nd round, imo.
Statistics are like a bikini; what they show is interesting, but what they hide is vital.
Drive for show (1st round), Putt for dough (rest of draft).

Not if they played him back at the nose where he should have played LAST year. And he had a good season.... But now they might as well cut him immediately, Just saying we weren't hurting at that position and we ARE at a lot of other ones. Filling a need would be better than filling a position we weren't hurting at.

Yep, and in a draft that is going to be full of busts I see no way this kid busts. As you said he is a football player, and immediately improves us in our weakest area on defense.
